Flair opened at the Governors Club Shopping Complex about 2 years ago with a bistro style menu with French elements. Six months ago they added Fusion with an eclectic tapas menu they’ve labeled ‘Around the world.’
Note: in the wake of the pandemic some of types of dishes pictured here may no longer part of the excellent and ambitious variety they offered 18 months ago. There has been no change in the quality of their service or cuisine.
