The Waffle


Grata’s waffles are made with a house made batter that creates a very crispy and light textured result. The single serve little moonshine jug of maple syrup goes very well with the waffle. I requested a cup of berries and Italian sausage links to finish off a simple, tasty mid morning breakfast. Very good house coffee too.
The Omelette

The restaurant has some nice omelette options but I decided on putting ingredients of my own choosing—fresh spinach, feta cheese, and a housemade crumbled Italian sausage patty. They provided freshly grated parm for sprinkling over the finished omelette. The bread option I chose was their biscuit which had the best texture and qualities of an English muffin when buttered and grilled.
