First Visit to Mosaic, Saturday June 19th, 2021

A class of Chardonnay

Bread and Butterhouse made naan, whipped herb butter, and apricot jam.

Ethiopian roasted carrots and parsnips in the rear. Seared sea scallops with an arugula salad, pickled zucchini and shallots with a toasted pine nut vinaigrette.
