Lunch at Harvest 18

The food at Harvest 18 is southern cooking of consistently high quality. It is always prepared well and cooked and presented elegantly regardless of the simplicity of the dish. Invariably when I’ve visited the restaurant I find myself drawn to dishes (see below) I’ve had before but some specials catch me off guard. A case in point–on my first visit, since before the start of the pandemic , they had soft shell crab something I’d never tried before having them at Nana’s in Durham last spring.I’ve always liked that they offer downsized portions on their dinner entrees for lunch or brunch.
