Greenville as cityscape or The Sights and Sites of my hometown
For some reason while growing up and Greenville, I have a lot of fascination for the architecture of the buildings in the city. one time in my life I had a nascent notion of becoming an architect. But then mathematics became my nemesis. Regardless my love of buildings, places and the geography of those spaces has proven a lifelong passion.

Pitt Memorial Hospital Greenville, North Carolina. My birthplace.

The Roxy where I watched movies ranging from nearly every Elvis movie, John Wayne western and Steve Reeves’ Hercules, to Hud, Lilies of the Field and most of Jerry Lewis’s comedies.

By the late 1970s and early 80s both the Roxy and the Pitt theaters were extinct. The Pitt was the central movie house in town where I watched whmovie house in

An old Bridge along the bluff above the Tar River between 4th and 5th Streets, the location sycamore Hill Baptist Church. The area is now called River Walk a historic and residential zone.
