Lunch at Colletta at Fenton on Cary

Recently paid a lunch visit to Coletta an excellent Italian influence restaurant located at Cary’s appealing new shopping and dining venue Fenton. The restaurant has excellent food and service. Pictured here — drop notch foccacia, a very hard charcuterie board, crispy, and spicy calamari, wood-fired fresh pizza and a house salad with mixed greens, apples, goat cheese, and roasted pecans. The restaurant itself is a smart and appealing place as well. A number of other new restaurants are open or will open there soon.
